Blues[edit data on Wikidata]The Long Beach Blues Festival, is an annual event held in the American town of Long Beach, California, since 1980,[1] being one of the longest-running festivals on the West Coast of the United States, second only to the San Francisco Blues Festival.

The festival was first organized in 1980 as a fundraiser for KKJZ, a Long Beach campus radio station dedicated exclusively to broadcasting blues and jazz in Southern California.
