On this page you will find configuration instructions for reading mail via IMAP (IMAP SSL + SMTP SSL) for PAS/PDI. This configuration allows you to use the mail program unchanged inside and outside the UC. This is the usual protocol for Linux users or Windows clients who prefer to use lighter programs that only serve for email.
The most common mistakes are not indicating the secure protocols (SSL and TLS) and ports (993 and 587) and not indicating that authentication must also be used in the outgoing (SMTP) mail or using a client without the ability to use OAuth 2.0.

Los antiguos alumnos pueden acceder a su correo electrónico en la web o a través de la aplicación móvil de Outlook. Nota: se requiere autenticación de dos factores. (Duo para estudiantes, Microsoft multifactor para antiguos alumnos). Si tiene algún problema para acceder a su cuenta de correo electrónico de Crimson en 365, cambie su contraseña.
