El MBA para las Américas fue una experiencia de aprendizaje muy rica para mí. Tuve muy buenos profesores tanto de la Facultad de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile como de la Escuela de Negocios AB Freeman de la Universidad de Tulane. Se complementaban muy bien. Mis compañeros de clase tenían una formación muy sólida y afín de la que pude aprender mucho.
Los amplios puntos de vista de la Universidad de Chile y de la Universidad de Tulane se reflejan muy bien en este programa. Los participantes desarrollan una perspectiva global, que es esencial para que podamos reconocer todos los procesos. Hoy, las empresas deben generar valor compartido y eso implica tener una perspectiva global. Las herramientas que me dio el MBA para las Américas me ayudaron mucho a desarrollar esta visión amplia».
Vivimos en un mundo en el que la volatilidad, la incertidumbre y los cambios son una constante. Por lo tanto, hay que tener una gran capacidad de adaptación y destacar en un entorno empresarial totalmente globalizado y que cambia rápidamente. Es muy importante que los líderes de hoy tengan este enfoque global, y el MBA para las Américas lo proporciona. Destacaría el haber tenido compañeros de orígenes muy variados y de diferentes países. También aprecio las clases con profesores de Estados Unidos, que tienen una cultura y experiencias muy diferentes, lo que amplía mucho tu forma de pensar y de encontrar soluciones a diversos problemas.
