cuc.edu.ve[edit data in Wikidata]The Colegio Universitario de Caracas (CUC) was a university institution in Venezuela, was co-chaired by the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education, Science and Technology, whose main campus was located in Urbanización La Floresta,[1] Parroquia Chacao, Municipality Chacao, east of the geographic center of Greater Caracas. It was founded on November 23, 1971[2] and subsequently dissolved on February 27, 2018, after its merger with the Colegio Universitario Francisco de Miranda and the Colegio Universitario José Lorenzo Pérez Rodríguez, thus creating the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Gran Caracas.
On February 27, 2018, through the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 41,349, Presidential Decree No. 3,293 was published, whereby the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Gran Caracas (UNEXCA) was created,[3][4] in agreement with the Alma Mater Mission, as a National Experimental University, with its own legal personality and assets, distinct and independent from the National Treasury. Thus, the University College was dissolved from being a university college to an experimental university.

The main building of the school is located in the block comprised by Arturo Prat, Alonso de Ovalle, San Diego and Juan N. Espejo streets, which separates it from the Central House of the University of Chile.
The second strip, parallel to the first and in the center of the complex, contains the school’s Patio de Honor, which hosts civic events, ceremonies and the classic «pichangas institutanas» during breaks.
A third strip, parallel to the previous one and San Diego Street, called «sector 1 Camilo Henríquez» houses classrooms, organized in three parallel pavilions. They are united by a courtyard that runs under them and has been named «Zócalo», and by two galleries, one that runs along one side of the San Diego Street façade and contains offices and thematic rooms, and the other that divides sector 1 from the Patio de Honor.

The Middle Schools, Experimental Schools or Pre-university Schools of the U.N.T. are 7 institutions of pre-university education belonging to the National University of Tucumán. They used to depend on four faculties, but in 1997 they passed to the Council of Experimental Schools. Each school is federated to the Federación de Estudiantes de la Escuelas Experimentales de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (F.E.E.E.E.U.N.T.) and others to the Unión de Estudiantes Secundarios de Tucumán (U.E.S.T.).
The Escuela de Agricultura y Sacarotecnia (E.A.S.) is a technical-mixed education school oriented to agriculture and agro-industry. Together with six other institutions, it is one of the pre-university schools belonging to the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (U.N.T.).
It was founded on September 28, 1870 by the sanction of Law 432, decreed by then President Domingo Faustino Sarmiento as the Department of Agronomy under the National College of Tucumán. It is one of the oldest and most deeply rooted agricultural educational institutions in Argentina.
