Papers submitted for publication are entered into a double-blind peer review system and are normally read by at least two reviewers. The decision of the editors will be final. Papers submitted to Yeiyá must be original, previously unpublished pieces and not be considered for publication elsewhere in their final form, whether in print or electronic form.
Papers submitted to Yeiyá should be unpublished original accounts of approximately 3500-8,000 words or 10-14 printed journal pages in length, excluding footnotes and references.

The Revista Chilena de Derecho y Tecnología is a publication of the Centro de Estudios en Derecho Informático of the Law School of the Universidad de Chile, which aims to disseminate in the national and international legal community, the necessary elements to analyze and understand the scope and effects that technological and cultural development have produced in society, especially its impact on legal science.
The Editorial Committee of the journal invites academics, researchers and students, as well as the national and international legal community in general, to submit papers for publication.
