Harvard Medical School

With more than 9,000 students enrolled, it is the largest university in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The university is known for its extensive wireless system that covers not only the campus, but also the city of Marquette and surrounding communities, and for its laptop program that loans computers to full-time students and faculty members. The university is the alma mater of many well-known people: Starbucks founder Howard Schultz; Kraft Foods Chief Financial Officer Teri List-Stoll; and championship-winning and college basketball coach Tom Izzo.[2][3][4][5]

NMU was founded in 1899 by the Michigan Legislature as Northern State Normal School for the original purpose of providing teachers preparation programs in the Upper Peninsula of a then wild and sparsely populated Michigan. When it opened in 1899, NMU had 32 students enrolled who learned from six teachers using rented classrooms in the Marquette Town Hall. The original 20-acre (81,000 m²) campus located at the corner of Presque Isle and Kaye Avenue was land donated by local businessman and philanthropist John M. Longyear, whose namesake academic building, Longyear Hall, opened its doors to students in 1900.

We use this to determine your per diem allowance (done by state for U.S. students, by province for Canadian students, and by world regions for other international students).

This includes total annual pre-tax earnings (including any voluntary retirement contributions, such as tax-deferred accounts) from your financial statements. Do not include self-employment income, or business income; include those amounts under the «business/farm income» section.

Cash: should include all cash amounts, generally in savings and checking accounts. Investments: should include the current value of stocks and bonds (excluding those in individual retirement accounts) but may need to include more complex investments.

This should represent the fair market value of your portion of any business real estate (excluding your primary residence) that has not been reflected in the business/farm section, less your portion of any debt.
