Considering the first project, the main line of research I followed was the study of the effect of magnetic fields in strongly interacting systems. In this context, I worked with models that describe the chiral phase transition, studying how it is altered in the presence of a magnetic background. The various aspects addressed resulted in the publications [1,2]. In addition, motivated by QCD results in the network, where it is found that the value of the quark masses can alter the behavior of the critical temperature with respect to magnetic field variation, I studied the effect of the quark mass value in a model that represents the chiral and deconfinement transitions. Such a study is published in [3].
