There are a number of situations to be addressed, from the state of mental health that the population should have to the need to regulate situations for people with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities such as forced sterilizations or abortions, invasive or irreversible psychosurgeries without consent or involuntary hospitalizations. These are very delicate cases that occur in Chile and in other parts of the world.
