Preguntas inteligentes para entrevistas de trabajo

Este estudio exploró los factores externos e internos que influyen en la empleabilidad de los egresados de programas de pedagogía. Mediante un enfoque metodológico mixto, se aplicó un cuestionario de empleabilidad y autoeficacia pedagógica y se desarrollaron tres entrevistas en profundidad y un grupo focal a 59 egresados de carreras de pedagogía en educación secundaria. Respecto a los conocimientos profesionales de los graduados, los resultados muestran que en cuanto a su formación pedagógica consideran más importante su experiencia laboral que la formación recibida en la universidad. También consideran que la formación universitaria en el área temática fue más sólida que en el área pedagógica. Al mismo tiempo, los graduados atribuyen gran importancia a las redes generadas durante los estudios universitarios para conseguir sus primeros empleos, así como a sus atributos personales (compromiso, responsabilidad, proactividad) para conservar estos empleos. Además, añaden que estos atributos, junto con la experiencia, les proporcionan oportunidades para acceder a puestos de mayor responsabilidad.
